About Posh Werx

Posh Werx and each item designed, are created by an International Award Winning Photographer and Graphic Artist Whose Published Works are in:

Museum, Corporate, Private and University Collections. 

 

The Owner/Creator of Posh Werx additionally owned a successful specialty Design Boutique where Decorative Accessories were made to order for the Interior Design Trade and to the Public.  Offerings additionally included a much written about selection of Decor, Art and Antiques which made regular appearances at the Round Top Antique Fair.

Where We Make It:​

​

All items are designed in the United States. The majority of products are both shipped from and printed/assembled inside the United States, at one of several facilities (excluding orders placed from outside the U.S.). 

​

How Long Does It Take:

​

Each item is specifically made to order for you. Your orders are processed to the facility for creation, within one (1) to three (3) days.     It normally takes less than a week to create and ship out. Please include consideration of your shipping time, according to your shipping choice. Extra time during peak holiday periods may occur, so consider upgrading shipping if time is a consideration, especially within 14 days of a major holiday.

On the odd occasion, a natural disaster where there may be electrical outage may also cause delay but facilities work overtime to catch up, once back online, and may upgrade shipping free of charge.

Thank you for shopping at Posh Werx. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
 
Returns:
1.  If you receive a defective or an item that appears damaged by the manufacturer, not the shipper, please contact our customer service below, within three (3) working days of receiving the product for a Return Authorization. We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.
*Do Not Return the Item directly to the manufacturer or address on the package, they do not handle returns/exchanges. 
 
2. We currently cannot accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing as each piece is made to order for you. Please ensure that you carefully review the product description, size chart, and any other relevant information before making a purchase. You can contact us with questions about any product. If we don't know the answer, we will get it for you.
 
3. All returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is not in its original condition.
 
Shipping Cost Refunds:
1. Except in cases where one of our integrated systems has made an error in shipping the wrong item or a defective product, shipping costs are non-refundable
 
2. If you are eligible for a shipping cost refund, please contact our customer service below,
within three (3) working days of receiving the product.
We will provide instructions on how to proceed with the refund.
 
Exchanges:
1. We cannot offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item that is defective, please return the original item following our return policy and place a new order for the desired item after contacting us for return authorization.
 
2. Approved Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, and you cannot find a replacement item you desire, we will issue a store credit or refund for the returned item.
 
Please note:
- Please choose Priority Express Shipping if you are ordering within fourteen (14) days of a holiday, as your item/s is/are manufactured specifically for you, and is/are not pre-made. On average your orders are normally processed to the facility, for creation, within one (1) to three (3) business days.    It normally takes less than a week to create and ship out, (add shipping time) except during peak periods where it may take a day or so longer or during periods or natural disasters where there are electrical outages at the manufacturers.
 
- Some locations do not provide Priority/Express Shipping. Yes that actually is true.
 
- We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged in transit products during initial delivery. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during the return shipping process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping the receipt as proof of shipment. Any issues of that nature should be taken up with the shipping company - USPS.
 
- Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
 
- Any promotional discounts or offers applied to the original purchase may not be applicable to the exchanged item.
